One of our chef's favorite ways of cooking is with a tandoor, or a hot clay oven. Food cooked tandoori style is the Indian equivalent of barbecue. Meat or fish is marinated in a variety of herbs and spices – ginger, garlic, lemon and others – then grilled to perfection on the tandoor. We offer a Tandoori Mixed Grill for those who can't decide on their favorite, with grilled chicken, lamb and beef. A tandoor is also ideal for cooking bread.
